3. 優惠只適用於晚市堂食 (下午六時起)。
The offer is only applicable for dine-in during dinner time (6:00pm onwards).
4. 優惠只適用於四位起。
This offer is only available for a minimum of four diners.
5. 須另收取每位茶芥及醬料費港幣十元，並以原價計算收取加一服務費
All prices are subject to 10% service charge based on original price with an additional $10 tea & sauce charge per person
6. 優惠只適用於2020年5月25日至2020年7月25日，逢星期一至星期五（2020年6月20及21日、星期六、星期日及公眾假期除外）。
This offer is valid on Monday to Friday during 25May 2020 to 25 July 2020, excluding 20-21 June 2020, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
7. 每檯每次只可享用優惠一次。
Only one offer per table per bill.
8. 優惠不可與其他優惠、折扣及現金券同時使用。
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers, discount and cash coupons.

4. 優惠只適用於星期一至五 (6月20-21日、公眾假期及公眾假期前夕除外)
This offer is valid on Monday to Friday only (Excluding 20-21 June 2020, public holidays and public holiday eves).
5. 套餐只適用於晚市堂食(下午六時起) 。
The meal set is available for dinner dine-in from 6:00pm onwards.
6. 優惠只適用於一枱不多於8人之消費。
This offer is only applicable to a table of maximum 8 persons.
7. 每枱最多可享兩份優惠套餐。
This offer is valid for a maximum of 2 sets per bill.
8. 須另收取每位茶芥港幣二十元，並以原價計算收取加一服務費
All prices are subject to 10% service charge based on original price with an additional $20 tea charge per person
9. 優惠不可與其他優惠同時使用，亦不可兌換現金、不可更換或作現金找續。
